I recently move to the south and can't get use to the bugs so, I ordered the Riddex system, over the phone, expecting to be rid of these pest.
Well after three weeks and no change in the pests that I kept seeing in my house I tried to get a hold of riddex over the phone + on the Internet, to no avail.
The numbers they give you are bogus. They are just revolving numbers that keep asking you how many do you want to order?
All though they tell you that if their system doesn't work, just call them and they will return your money $29.95 (yea that's another problem, after S&H your bill is more like $59.95) some deal huh? Well I am still trying to contact them even though now it is past the 30 day limit (just to give them a piece of my mind) an still No guarantee, No money back.
My advice Call Terminex
